Today is an uber happy day for Shybear folks! Wait for it....I now manage to fit into my floral denim hotpants from Toppers (wooooo) I know there like 3 years old but I still think their ace! I also made a cheeky wee purchase the other night too after spending the night trailing through other style blogs, I have to admit I got over excited and inspired! The gorgeous Morven over at Cats and Rocking Chairs had on this rocking tshirt from Yayer and I had to buy it! It's one of those things that I will literally throw on with everything, so beware it will be featured on here alot!! You can grab one from www.yayer.com, they've got heaps of great items at really good prices too. You'll love if your style is very edgy/grunge. Thrown on with my wee colourful beanie as I'm still a sick bear!! Before I forget, discovered this ace blog the other night too and you can get her to make mega funky jewellery for you (I'm away to make a purchase)...her names Penelope of Fashion-Fade. Big love.

GLOSSYBOX TREATS....

Hello babes!! I'm off work sick today...sadly it has got the better of me :(!! So instead of a style shoot of myself today, I got my January Glossybox through this morning and decided to blog about my goodies instead! As soon as I know the Glossybox is about to arrive I get the same excitement opening it as you do on Christmas day and I wasn't disappointed with this months one at all!! Quite excited that I can have a cosy night in tonight trying out my new beauty goodies!! This month Valentines box contains:

• EYEKO (skinny eyeliner) got it in a lovely metallic purple colour
• ORLY (nail varnish) came in a deep red shade
• WELEDA (one step cleanser and toner)
• FAB (gentle body wash)
• MURAD (hyrbrids skin perfecting primer) most excited to use this one

Babecasts...hope you are having a good sunday...hungover or not! In my case (slightly)!! Sadly I've been battling the flu since thursday but decided I NEEDED to blog so here is my best shot. Also been on a massive bender this weekend which probably has not helped...self inflicted (I know). Today I'm wearing a midi dress from Topshop...I found it and guess what it went down to £10, you know what's coming....I had to buy!! Its an unusually bright colour for me but I seem to be embracing colour into my wardrobe these days...must be the thought of summer! Teamed with the ever so popular Allegra boots and my wee sparkly socks (which are the best ones around may I add)..maybe biased :)! 

Some exciting news that definitely cheered me up these last few days, I received my first ever blog award!!! I got given "The Versatile Blogger Award" from the gorgeous Jennifer over at Inordinately Plush and from Carmen of Handbag Full of Dreams. Their blogs are amaze so go check them out!!

Darlings this is what I'm wearing today.....very hippy chic (which is kind of what I'm all about to be honest). Again this skirt is a wee find from my extensive pile of things. I absolutely love the print of the skirt and the silk...great to look at/great to wear. I'm aware its very summery but I still love to rock the maxi skirt during these cold times! Team with a jumper and boots and your good to go!! :)! Do you love my rings? I got them from style blogger Audrey Leighton at www.befrassy.com..she's got loadsa good gems! I also got a vintage tee which I'll blog about later on in the week! As you can see this necklace has never been off....have a great day!

Guys this is my outfit from yesterday. Not one of my most interesting posts but just a wee glimpse of what I was wearing. I want to be one of those bloggers that not only showcase new trends and clothes but also someone who can reinvent their wardrobe and show that you don't constantly need new things to look stylish :)!! Having said that I found this fringe jacket that I absolutely love hiding in my wardrobe. It was literally my staple last summer that I wore to all my music festivals!! It looks great worn with wee shorts or to jazz up a night out look. What are you wearing?

Just a glimmer from the way beyond, But you're lost

Guess what?! Its not raining on my day off so I finally got the chance to go for a wee roadtrip and go snap happy for today's outfit post guys :)!! Since it was rather sunny too I decided to showcase my new dipped hem maxi skirt by Love!! You can get one from www.inlovewithfashion.co.uk and its also available in cream yet the aqua blue just totally stood out to me!! Al tough its a tad on the girly side for myself but as always teamed with my leathers and my studded boots I feel like ME!! It looks really amazing with tights too but thought id bare the winter elements for a change!! I'm also wearing a rather chunky necklace which is also unusual for myself...got this beauty from the Topshop jewellery sale for £3...its great for dressing up any outfit!! As you can see the barnett is thrown into a wee bun today (not my usual I know)...its not washed (oops) and always seems to look better up when its dirty!! However you will rarely see me post with my hair up as I don't feel confident without my big hair at all!! 

May I add also that I am in the biggest sulk EVER today as I should be at the Lemontree in Aberdeen listening to The Maccabees. O well. :(. Here's one of my favourite tracks from their new album.."Given To The Wild"..shed a tear everytime!! Until next time Orlando Weeks...
